Aphlora was born from our personal journey — and very real needs — as women. For years, we tried countless “women’s health” products that didn’t meet our standards for ingredients, effectiveness, or purity. We were both born and raised in Latin America, and we’ve always been deeply inspired by its diverse cultures, ancestral wisdom, and sacred connection to nature. Herbalism and natural remedies have long been a part of everyday life for women across the region — and it’s from this place of deep love and respect that Aphlora was created.

What started as a search to heal our own hormonal health — Camila struggling with debilitating menstrual cramps do to endometriosis, and María Emilia with over 12 years of polycystic ovary syndrome and cystic acne — has grown into Aphlora: a dream-turned-reality designed to help women find balance in every cycle of their lives, through 100% natural, effective, and functional products.
